EAGLE contracts have a five-year base period with two one-year options expiring June 27, 2011.

ARRAY is the Prime Contractor of the Department of Homeland Security - Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE) program, in the Function Category One (FC1) of small business track, through a Small Business Joint Venture, MultimaxArray EAGLE.

The EAGLE solutions contracts are DHS's department-wide contract vehicles for acquiring information technology (IT) services. The contracts offer users a flexible and cost-effective means of meeting IT needs quickly and efficiently.

As an FC1 provider, we will supply a full range of infrastructure engineering design, development, implementation and integration services, including:

Requirements Definition and Analysis
Systems Design and Development
Integration
Implementation
Deployment Services
