ARRAY is a teammate to Harris ITS (formerly named Multimax, Inc.) for Army ITES-2S contract.

ITES-2S contract is to provide the Army with IT services, business process reengineering, information systems security, information assurance, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, enterprise design, integration and consolidation, and education and training.

ITES-2S has a $20B ceiling and 16 primes (Apptis, BAE, BAH, CACI, CSC, EDS, IBM, GD, LMIT, Harris IT Services, NCI, GNIT, PRAGMATICS, QSS, STG, SAIC). It is geared for performance based contracting, but not mandatory. Contract period of performance: 20 Dec 2006 – 19 Dec 2015.
