Current Role:
Rick joined ARRAY in December 2010 as Vice President & General Manager of Civilian Operations. In this role he leads the execution and delivery of all the programs and projects of civilian government agencies. Additionally, he leads the implementation of best practices and operational discipline that drives management excellence for ARRAY’s customers. With his experience in large company operations, commercial technology practices and the successful execution of large performance-based IT government contracts, he enables ARRAY to successfully deliver the most complex of programs while retaining its reputation for flexibility and customer responsiveness.

Background:
Rick Perry is a seasoned operational executive with more than 35 years of experience managing large company operations and technology programs. Trained as a systems engineer, Rick has 12 years experience as CIO of an $800-million company. In addition, he has experience as the COO of a s oftware company, managed the Enterprise IT Transformation Practice for Coopers & Lybrand and the Enterprise Program Management Practice for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Over the most recent 10 years and prior to ARRAY, he has managed operations of Government IT service providers: Keane Federal Systems (Vice President)
