Current Role:
Bijan joined ARRAY in 2010 and is in charge of implementing Corporate Quality
Programs, including ISO 9001:2008, CMMI, and ISO 20000. Bijan is responsible
for: Quality Awareness, People Involvement, Customer Focus, and Performance
Improvement on an ongoing basis through different Quality Initiatives across
the organization. Bijan offers over 25 years of experience in IT/ Software
with over 15 years in Software Quality Assurance, Compliance Management,
Process Management & Improvement, and Organization Change Management.
Background:
Prior to joining ARRAY, Bijan was the Corporate Quality Director for Keane, Inc.
He was responsible for implementing Quality Programs in Engagements across North
America and the Advanced Development Centers (ADCs) in India and Canada.
Under Bijan’s leadership, the ADCs achieved CMMI level 5, ISO 9001:2000, and ISO 20000.
In addition, Bijan provided advisory leadership to 12 client engagements to achieve
CMM/ CMMI level 3, 4 and 5 during his association with Keane Inc.
